Whilst its true that warnings would be best if they where all in one place, the current systems have limitations. NUM is great for the more serious reports and saafe is great for the less serious, however if a client had what seamed to be a very reasonable reason for cancellation they wouldn't be reported anywhere, our system allows these to appear as it COULD show a pattern if numerious workers report the same client using the same reason for cancellation.
A client may use "Car broke down" reason once with you and therfore never be reported, but MAY use it 5 times with different workers, our systems would show this pattern.
Our apps receive an average of 1200 reports per month, from the no shows to the abusive and we alert you if a number thats calling you may have a partial number match to a number reported on saafe so nothing is missed.
