Let it dictate who I don’t see and for whatever reasons. I’m thinking of getting rid. Do you not like the idea of it? Or just not see a need for it, maybe?
I was initially sceptical, refused to use it (and it wasn't compatible with my then work phone). I tried it on another phone, just manually searching then installed it on a work phone upgrade.
So I got used it it over time.
I don't let it dictate I let it inform and support me. There are a lot of what I call 'bandwagon' reports but I find it supportive in that if I have had a difficult enquiry if I see others have the same experience I feel I've done ok. The type where I am not sure if I was being unpatient or not understanding, rude or got the wrong end of the stick.
I find most of the awful ones are truly awful, they wouldn't be getting a booking app or no app.
I report only when the person has blatantly been difficult, rude, awful and include as much factual info as I can fit into the 280 character limit.
