Me again, sorry. At the top there are now only 2 options: "Contacts" and "Search"."List" and "Sms" (if I remember correctly) are not there. Also, I turned on the notifications but they are not appearing.
Click the shield tick icon when it appears on the report results pages, different options appear for different users depending on their restriction status, subscription prices are also listed on the click-through pages.
When I do this it keeps going to Vivastreet, not payment options.
Quick, possibly dull question but if I download the CE+ version from within the app settings will I need to go through the verification process again or will it just work as normal but withthe extra features. I'm on tour atm and can't afford the app to go down but it would be really useful to have the number flag rather than me having to manually search each timeCheers Wolfie
Apologies for the late reply, we have not been able to access the "Spamming in the lion's den" section for a few weeks (unsure why)It will be a new installation and therefore restricted by default for which you will need to go through the restriction removal process.
Sounds like you are clicking the vivastreet banner at the top of the app rather than the shield tick icon next to the word privacy
Nothing happens when I click the shield tick icon, it just says loading. Does it only work on android, as I have an iPhone?
It works on ios and android, close down the page (incase there's been a loading issue) and then re-select the shield tick icon
I have tried that and restarting my phone but still get the loading message every time I try to click on the shield. If that’s the only way to do it? I have the regular client eye app not the client eye plus app, as I didn’t see an option for that in the App Store.
