The only contact form that come seems to be a demo request. When I tried to make an account thinking that would make things easier to contact you, there is no way to do it, the button for create an account is not clickable.

Thanks Client Eye for sorting this out via Twitter today. I have to hope my phone doesn’t have another hissy fit! I do appreciate your app and was worried about working without it, although obviously there are other safety measures we take.

I recently paid Client Eye for a year in order to read reports. This was on September 16th. Yesterday my phone which isn’t even that old had a major hissy fit and I had to to a factory reset to restore data. It did not reinstall Client Eye only basic apps.

I had to reinstall it and am back to being restricted. This hardly seems fair, and either my access should be restored or I would expect a refund. I have proof from my bank account that I paid

I cannot use ClientEye now it has switched to a paid model only. I don't feel the reasons given justify the cost being imposed. It's crossing my mind to make an Information Commissioners Office (ICO) complaint as the data which has been obtained to date was not on the understanding it would become a closed paid for only application and that this "bait and switch" move is a breach of contract. It is a possibility that ICO might force either unpaid access or deletion of all data obtained prior to the previously undisclosed switch to a paid model and I am exploring this for making a complaint.

I know I'm not the only one who views ClientEye's "bait and switch" shifting to a paid model only as appropriation of valuable data and taking advantage.

If it is simply a case of being unable to afford the subscription fee then I would advise talking to CE, I like many others make a monthly donation over and above our annual subscription to allow them to allocate that to sex workers who cannot afford the subscription or are vulnerable

That’s a bit much client has helped me a lot with the reports with possibly getting assaulted or robbed by clients with bad reviews. It doesn’t even cost that much. Not much is free in life and they are providing a service. It takes time and admin for them to keep the app on.

If you look back you'll likely find a post by me incredibly sceptical of CE when it first started, and my work phone wasn't compatible. I have however taken it on board over a long period of time and now find it incredibly informative, I use it as a tool to figure out who may or may not be genuine and reassurance that it's not just me being rude or moody.

Doesn't mean I won't accept bookings, and some reports are just agreeing with previous reports on basis of having read the report after the call but not actually experiencing any problem (I think some actually say they missed the call).

The main benefit over NUM is ability to see the report without having to dig into a website, just click and the information is there. That said I am going to get back into the routine of searching here and NUM.

My client eye app is not working i click on it and it's just a frozen screen saying Client eye but will not go anywhere or load. I have tried turning phone on and off. Seems a problem just with this app no other's on my phone. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue although it does allow me be put info in but when I press submit it's just buffering. Hopefully just a glitch. I tried to contact them to see what's happening but that wouldn't send either.

ClientEye was working fine for me this morning, now it won’t load regardless of closing and re opening the app.
