Is anyone having issues with the app not showing the usual Client Eye warning under reported callers?

The green button is toggled on in my settings so I’m at a loss! I’m having to search numbers and find reports after they’ve called me! It’s so annoying! I wouldn’t usually answer calls from reported numbers  :FF

I may be wrong but this hasn't worked for a while CE said Google changed rules, the app can't flag up calls as they come in unless the app undergoes £10k worth of work to meet Google criteria

A major phone pest has found a way to evade Clienteye seeing his texts and alerting who hes texting.   Hes changed his text settings to text chat.  So instead of my green text bubble going to him, its now blue. 

I changed it back in my text settings and hey presto his reports show up.
So check your texts, make sure your text bubbles are not changing colour and if they do check the "text chat.  I assuming it's my Samsungs phone version if free texts to other Samsungs but its definitely evading Clienteye.

Sneaky twats.

This has been an update in firmware for Samsung devices to allow them to "Chat" using data rather than via "SMS" through the default SMS handler, as has been suggested this will evade the Android SMS checks CE can do, if you want to switch off "Chat" go to Messages, click the 3 dots menu, select settings and then chat settings to switch this feature off and things will default back to being handled by the default SMS handler.

This is a phone settings change that will differ from device to device, on our test devices the 3 dot menu appears in our phones SMS list

Messages icon (blue circle, white square and 3 dots) tap on there and top right corner you will see 3 vertical dots, tap on those, that brings you to a Dropbox menu, choose settings, at the top of that page you should see chat settings,  tap on that and the next page should have a box saying  Default message type  tap that and you get 3 options, automatic, text or multimedia,  chat. More settings
Emergency alert history
About Messages

I tried 'more settings' and I get this

Text messages
Multimedia messages
Quick reponses
Push messages
Broadcast channels
Remove location from shared images
Delete old messages

I tried text messages and get this;

Show when delivered
Input mode
SIM card messages
Message centre

If I chose Multimedia messages from last but one menu I get this;

Group conversation
Show when delivers
Show when read
Download automatically
Download when roaming
Attaching unsupported files

As it's a firmware update it may not have been done for your device yet, only IF a message appears to you in BLUE do you need to start looking for the updated "Chat" feature settings. If it appears in Green (as normal for our phone) it's going through the normal SMS default handler

Sadly mirror I have no answer to that, sorry if sounded patronising in my post my lovely its always so difficult to try and explain something like this by message.

The only thing I can suggest is heading to Samsungs website and looking for the technical information on your model or possibly going to the live chat if they have one.

If it's any consolation I have to manually input every number I want to check into CE nothing comes up on my phone automatically, but im very low volume P/T so not really an issue for me x

Some go into the app automatically (show on the phone alerts menu), some I have to go into the app then scroll down the list inside the app.

I have the app on my personal phone so now I'm manually inputting the number in to the app as they ring. Saved me a few times.

Yes if its telling you that you need to pay then you do. Some people are still on the free version if they have made a certain number of reports but most people now have to pay for the service
