That is great. What are all the options for payment?  Does this mean you need everyone's full real name to make payment?

Current ad free subscribers will be transferred to supporter subscriptions without seeing any changes, any new subscribers will also receive ad free access ( if their app has ads )

All payments are via debit/credit card, we do not collect anything other than an email address and payments will appear on statements as Airwave Apps Ltd

I'm sure there is a grant you can apply for, or raise money/funding. There are plenty of ways around this instead of filling your greedy pockets for an app which should be free for the most vulnerable members of society.

If I have 2 or more phones will I need to buy the app on both of my phones? 

If there is a data breach everyone will be fked especially with the new digital bill coming in. Did you not try and apply for funding?

I’m sure she must have gone through and search reasonable alternatives before she reached this conclusion. Calling her greedy is unnecessary plus she’s very aware and clued up on the laws surrounding data protection and so on.

Very disgusting calling them greedy after everything they’ve done. They explained things very clearly and why funding is a no go. You go do it for free then, we’ll wait.

Also the monthly subscription is more expensive than the annual subscription penalising more vulnerable memebers so so at least make it the same price??

This is standard practise across all subscription-based services and not just limited to Client Eye, so while your point is valid, I do not think it was pre-meditated on CE’s part to penalise their more vulnerable members. And besides, you can gift memberships to those who cannot afford them. On my part, I only escort part-time, and usually take months off at a time, so even though the annual subscription is better value for money, I would rather pay only for the months I am working (if indeed I even need to use CE at all).

To CE - will there also be an option to donate monies to be used towards paying for others’ memberships for those unable to gift the full amount?
