To clarify some of the questions that have been asked recently, we never delete or remove reports unless we have a reason too, these can include:
Address information is included ( and then we usually edit rather than delete )
A suspected duplicate report was made by the same user from different devices.
Obviously fake or false left by a client.
The report is a positive one i.e "What a nice client"
or a user requests its deletion if the feature is not available to them.
We cannot be report specific as to why something may not appear to you without knowing the full details, if you have a specific query regarding a specific number on a number you have reported best to email us.
