Does anyone have the call identification turned on to screen calls as they come through? My work phone is an iPhone 6 Plus and I’ve not been able to turn it on. Underneath CE it says call blocking and identification apps are not able to access any information about your incoming calls.

This can happen on some iOS devices as the firmware for iOS keeps changing, out iOS testflight version should have this issue fixed, see our website for the link.

In the next few weeks, we will be making some backend changes to restrict who and who cannot see the reports in our apps.

Long time genuine users of the app will not be affected, these changes are to restrict none genuine users from being able to see any report descriptions, for OBVIOUS reasons we will not go into the full details on what these restrictions will be, but, if you are a genuine user, and notice any unexpected changes, we can always be contacted by E-mail/Twitter/app support system to rectify.

Ok so obviously to avoid undesirables using the app that are not even sex workers it's best to contact you on there for instance if we changed phones and were not verified to see all reports with the phone change?

There is a massive difference between how a worker and a client uses our apps, we can see this via different trends and metrics.

If you have a new phone, we have no idea which one you are, so by default, it will be restricted in some way when we make the changes. Genuine users can contact us to remove any restrictions, and we will ALWAYS verify in different ways to ensure clients can never get verified.

Can I clarify - by "new phone" do you mean a new number? Rather than a new handset?

It would be a "New handset" or a new installation of the app, we never read the number accessing our apps so have no record of sim details.
