Our apps are back online and back to 95% normality
We still have some support ticket issues to fix and some other minor things but notifications, database syncing, searching and reporting is working again.

I have noticed that when someone calls or texts but more so texts if can show up with the spam check for a second butbwhen i go back into the call log list or texts in client eye that number is not showing unless i put it in manually.

I am thinking there might be a delay for it to register on your call/ text logs on the app maybe due to server or internet etc.

On android you should be able to open up the section within the app and drag down to refresh the list, the recent calls/sms will refresh

Ideally Helen the lite version is restricted a bit to the info you get. Just go onto google and google Client eye and download the full version from there website.

Two things.

First my phone won't allow updates from you so in order to get an updated version I had to de then reinstall

Second regarding searching for alerts by area, are you going to be adding to the list of counties in the UK, as it's limited. My current county isn't included meaning I can't search for local alerts.

Has anyone got the same issue with client eye recently? I can no longer see the warnings against phone numbers that pop up. I scrolled through the call log and I have no notifications any more.

I just had a very dangerous client booking me with tons of warnings and I only saw last minute after routine checking. How to fix this ?? I have re installed and see the same problem no notifications against numbers help

Same problem the app keeps on flashing after I open it, kicks me out, now when I try enabling access to permit call ID there is an extension error message. For a few weeks now unnoticed that I am unable to see the alerts against numbers in the call log )iPhone)
