Yep was doing that with my iPhone until the app stopped working.

Recommendations for good phone to use with this app; it's that good I would like to get one to use with the full version.

Our test Android phone is a Samsung 6 Edge if that helps

Client eye is such a great tool only recently used it. I noticed there is reports on there from saafe. Can i ask does the app automatically grab past reports that are on here and National Ugly Mugs as i know client eye is new and just wondering if all 3 need to be searched separately?

Our system has been designed to allow us to manually add numbers, when a new saafe report is made i.e. for 071234567** we add it to our database and we have added the last 6 years worth of saafe reported numbers.

ClientEye can display reports if there is an EXACT number match on our database and also if there is a partial number match on saafe. We don't display the saafe description but direct users to search saafe for any possible matches & report descriptions.

NUM reported numbers are not public so we don't have access in order to do partial number match warnings.

We currently have 39,000 reports, so we have alot BUT it's better to be safe and check all reporting databases as each may give different results.

Yes It would be best if everyone put in a description (Most do) but on those occassions when user's don't we place default text rather than having no text. The report type shown has been chosen by the user though so hopefully gives some indication of the report reason.

I think someone’s mentioned this previously but my eyes have gone blind to it : when I’ve got a contact saved they no longer have the tag line of “client eye report ..*” under their name/saved name in my phone log.
Do I need an updated version? Or is this just an ongoing issue ? Thanks xx

With IOS, when a number calls you your phone checks your phone contact list and if there is NO MATCH it then checks the ClientEye list ( its an IOS default process that cannot be changed ).

IF you then store a ClientEye reported number to your phone contact list ClientEye is no longer checked. ( Again an IOS default process we cannot change)

Emma, my Client Eye has stopped working with calls and I'm having to check numbers manually again. I've re downloaded the app with no success.

I tried to download your new version but impossible to download.
When I go to your website, I press android download updated 17 June 2020 and the only thing I get is a blank page on my phone, it does not download.
When I try to send you a message from your site, I get redirected to a video and consequently can't leave a message.
So that is the reason I contact you from here.
I have a blackberry Android technology.
I tried the clienteyelite downloaded from my google store/play. It does download but not work properly so I am very worried.
Could you help me?

I love this App but it’s just so slow and constantly shuts down on my phones
I’ve ended up installing it on my personal phone so that I can check numbers
And in the list section where it list calls it’s not updated with the new calls
They will show in the text section but not in the list section

List section updates upon app start ( in Android ) if the app is already open in the background the call list won't refresh unless you drag the page down to refresh the content
