Surely that is not what CE is for, someone who doesn't get back to you in under 10 mins,  reports like that make the genuine ones hard to spot imo

Assault would obviously be something to take note of.

Personally I find one word reports like, idiot, can't read, timewaster, address collector a little unhelpful,  there are 280 characters to use on a CE report, I'm not saying you don't explain fully but I wish girls would use those characters to explain how someone waisted their time, what they did to be classed as an idiot etc

That way we can get a fuller picture of a guys behaviour,  if the report says asked for my location, gave him my local landmark but he didn't get back to me in my 10 min cutoff or he never replied then I'd take that chance as imo it may just have been that that local area didn't work for him that day.

We all work differently

We no longer be monitoring saafe to answer queries, users should read any information within the app when they have done a search, and raise a support ticket from within the app if they still have issues ...... Our apps are the best place to ask for support and be answered (auto or manually)

I know they're not reading here, but am I the one who lost access to ClientEye? I had two phones, each with their own subscription, and now that they pushed a new app, I cannot check numbers anymore.

Tried using the "support" option in the app, but never got any reply whatsoever. Not even to confirm the support case (the old app did that)

Am I the only one?
