Iv just gone to check a number and it says my account has been suspended?! I have absolutely no idea why!

Hopefully that's because of the blip and it may be ok once they are up and running.  Still down for me this morning .

Sorry if already dealt with but I haven't been on here in a while. Question is - what do you say to someone who has contacted you and seems polite and ok but then you read terrible reviews on client eye?  Obviously you can't mention client eye.  Usually it's ok cos they are clearly nobheads but recently I engaged with arrangements for a booking without checking first (my bad as I got a good vibe and was in a hurry) After a couple of back and forths I checked CE and had to turn him down. He asked why. I just wondered if anyone had any stock responses?

I just tell them that I can't take a booking from them and block. I especially don't like guy's that state they are nice guy's, Normally the opposite they just want to say what we want to hear.
