I just wanted to let you know about the free support we offer at The Esther Project to any self-identifying women working or living in coastal West Sussex (Shoreham, Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor, Chichester areas). We offer 1-1 confidential and non-judgemental listening support as well as practical support including help with accessing benefits, housing, sexual health, other services and education. Our support would be entirely led by you so could be one off or a weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly catch up - whatever you feel happy with!

We would really love to meet up for a coffee and a chat if that's something you would be interested in - we can also send you one of our lovely wellbeing packs in the post
