Hopefully this is in the right place,
But I have been recommended to use 56 dean street for my checkups as apparently they give special priority to sex workers. I couldn't find much helpful or up to date information anywhere so just wondering if anyone uses the clinic regularly and if it is easy and discrete to mention you are a sex worker etc. And if they have a particular walk in on certain days.
Thanks!!

I'm in central London and use Dean Street. I don't know about special priority, but nondiscriminatory, yes and you can be entirely anonymous if you like. After your first visit, you're issued with a card and you can self check-in and input the reason for your visit on the system (rather than telling the receptionist). Just book your appointment online at 7pm the day before.

I've seen people mention gold cards? Would be interested to know how it works, too.

Yes I heard about the gold card too! Is there not a special sex workers clinic time on a certain day of the week?
-
Yes there is a gold scheme for sex workers! Last time I went and told the nurses about work they sent me a text, which you then just have to show to the receptionist anytime you'd like to be checked and it means you don't have to book in advance - just walk in anytime :)

I had a gold card and it allowed me to get checked whenever, also if I remember correctly there is a sex worker specific clinic on Wednesday evenings :)

Yes!
I went and the staff are wonderful and the service is fab! Sex worker clinics are held on the 3rd floor between 5 and 7pm on Wednesdays. I highly recommend x

Do you have to book for the sex worker clinic?
