I have a studio flat in the town centre coming available in the next two weeks.

I would be looking for a regular lady - 2 weeks deposit and a week in advance.  Rent thereafter paid weekly. Parking permit for you, client can park in the supermarket 2mins walk away.

Not available for 24/7 renting, but weekdays you can stay over.  Weekends by arrangement.
