Sadly, my lovely sublet lady is changing career so from the beginning of August, I am offering 1-2 days per week for a sublet.  I recently advertised it and the place generated a lot of interest but the days up for sublet, have changed as I enrolled in a college so now won?t be needing the place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

It is a generous sized studio flat just 2 minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube station in one of London?s most beautiful areas set discreetly in a gorgeous villa.  The flat contains stylish furniture and has the wow factor, including a sumptuous velvet padded wall behind the bed and silver Moroccan lanterns either side.  There is a discreetly hidden kitchenette so you can cook while there and a compact clean shower room.  The place is perfect for ?entertaining?
I am looking for a lady with a mature outlook who is reliable and hopefully is interested in a more long-term arrangement.  In turn, I am offering a good and very reasonable deal at ?300 per calendar month for one day per week sublet or ?500 per month if both days are taken together.  The right lady will need to pay the rent one month in advance.

Just an update as a couple of ladies contacted me this week.  Sorry I forgot to say the boudoir is now let and no longer available.  To my great pleasure, I have found a lovely, reliable and sweet fellow floozy to sublet.  I reckon we will be very happy with the arrangement as she has a great personality to boot.   

Shame so that two other escorts have stretched my patience to the limit and repaid my kindness with messing me about not once but in the case of one so called courtesan 3 times!  So please think twice the next time you moan about any unreliable guys that waste your time!  In our business that is sadly part and parcel of what we do.   But it is really disgusting when fellow WGs do this and not even show basic courtesy.  So do not make hypocritical whinging posts in future if you get stood up if you do not have the decency to treat others in the industry with a bit of fairness.   Remember it is a small world and word gets around about those that are unreliable and flaky!  Really, it does not take a lot to email or even text if you cannot make a viewing or are no longer interested despite stringing me along telling me how keen you are.
