Offering 1 day per week sublet every Tuesday starting ASAP.

Couple of months ago I advertised to sublet one day per week at my beautiful little incall flat but sadly the person had to leave London so I have one day per week to sublet available straight away.  I work part time so do not use the space all day and evening on Tuesdays.  I won?t be in Central London at all on that day so would not be interested in one offs or infrequent last minute arrangements.

Looking for an escort (male or female) to share on a longer basis.  If anyone is thinking of perhaps working in a very smart central London location coming from further away they might even be able to arrive on Monday evening and stay the night as I usually do not work late having to get up early on Tuesday mornings, likewise they can stay until early Wednesday morning.       


The flat is set in a nice area close to the West End, walking distance to Hyde Park and very near to the Underground.  The rent would be ?300 per month all inclusive with plenty towels, cooking facility and tasteful furnishings.  The share could start from this coming Tuesday if anyone is keen to snap it up, of course, pro-rated for the remaining weeks of June.

In addition to Tuesdays, I am also going to sublet Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays for 6 weeks starting from the 30th July until middle of September.  This might be interesting for anyone thinking to come and work in London over the summer as you would be able to stay overnight for all those days.  I am looking for ?125 for all 3 days per week.  I would however only consider a person who is looking to take all 6 weeks.  Please get in touch if you are interested in either or both of those offers.
