Any ideas as to how we're supposed to 'get in contact' when you haven't provided any contact details of any kind? We're good, but we're not that good.

How much do you charge for longer term lets like 4 days - a week? Also any pictures?

Also, with it being a 'high end' area, does it have a door man that would make the coming and going of clients difficult?

I can send photos, you can view the property before hand and is truly stunning. Any other questions let me know.

Also regarding concierge, there is no issues there as they know us very well and let us do what we like. They are more interested in going on their facebook all day. Just arrive, and they will send you up to the apartment. When you have a client just come down and meet them then take them upstairs. Nice and simple.

Advertisers can't use the messaging system here, although had you read the advertising rules just above this thread before posting it you would have known that.

I'm out. Discretion and privacy are a bit more important to me than this, and I suspect they are to my punters too.

Seconded. It's far from discreet to have to go down to meet clients at the concierge and I wouldn't like them knowing what I was doing either.

Heya! Fully appreciate the comments! Keep them coming :) fully understand your concerns but none of you have been to the apartment so don't know the layout. In the apartment is a buzzer. Client rings the bell outside. You have a video screen so can see what they look like which is good for safety. You then buzz them in. They go to the lift walking straight past concierge (who see delivery men and other people who live in the building plus friends of inhabitants every day so won't bat an eyelid. The client comes to your floor. They leave they walk out :) nice and simple.
Appreciate your comments though but honestly I was a worker for 3 years and have friends that work from my apartment too and we have never had any issues and know from experience that it's fine. Plus at ?30 per hour next door to the ritz hotel in a 17 million pound apartment I would love to see a better place to work from :) I know from experience that a better location can command higher prices.
Hope the info helps everyone.. :) different workers are looking for different but just putting it out there as think many would love it :) xx

Well it's not really anything to do with layout, is it? You're now saying this:

...yet your previous post said this:

When you have a client just come down and meet them then take them upstairs.

It's not immediately obvious that you were making up the first post, because you didn't tell us that and it still isn't clear why you said that yesterday and something completely different today?

I personally don't understand the constant references to the Ritz - having a mainline station (for example) next door is helpful, but I can't see how a large hotel is and I'd rather not be in tourist central but each to their own. If you want to avoid further confusion though, I'd recommend trying to keep your story straight.

Heya,
Mentioned the ritz because it's a landmark most know :)
Mentioned another option as there was a question regarding discretion. As stated I would simply go down stairs and welcome clients and bring them up (thats what I used to do when I was working)
Others may wish to simply buzz them up.
Everyone lines doing things differently :)
There is also stairs as well as the lift leading to the apartment so I could possibly lost a few more options (not incomsostencies) if you like :)
Long story short who ever is interested come down and have a lil look. If you like it and it could work for you great :) if not no worries and find somewhere else that works better :)
No biggie just thought I woukd post it on here as may help others who need a nice place to work from :) x

wow, i've just read this and it sounds like a dodgy agent/surveyor is making some money off an overseas client's flat to my mind.

I know these guys use their rather upmarket apartments all the time, (usually overnights or affairs etc.) as the clients are away for months on end.  I would have nothing to do with it, the concierge may be turning a blind-eye, but no way would you rent an apartment in that location for that amount of money, it's a pittance to the value of the property.

Unless he's got papers to prove he owns what he's renting out, steer clear I would say.

Huh? I genuinely don't even know how to respond to that lol. Erm no... I'm not an agent risking my job / career etc renting out someone else's flat to girls lol.  :FF
If anyone has any serious questions simply email and view it :) then all the hypothetical worries about agents, concierge, UFOs and God knows what else is asked can be answered :)
Happy to show anyone the apartment who wishes to view it and answer any questions. As well as give recommendations from people who have used the place before who have huge feedback on sites like adult work and do exceptionally well. That's about it really :) I wont be reading anymore responses to this thread and though I fully understand that there are some idiots out there (I've met many!) there are also some decent people too :) So if you want to check it out send me an email, if not no worries. Simples :) xx

If you have the money to own a property of that value, why would you even need to rent it out, or want to!
We're women, it's what we do. I just get paid for it.
