ps to everyone- I won't be strict at all about the 1 hour. If you want to arrive early to get ready and stay after the client leaves to have a shower etc, no problem.

We might be able to arrange that. I'm using the flat for my incalls too though so it will mainly be by the hour unless I'm touring.

I'll probably go tour in Dubai again in May for 3 or 4 weeks and I'll be looking for someone to rent the flat during that time.
