I have a flat available from 30th June. 50 per day and available for 9 nights. Strictly no smoking. Am quite easy going with everything else as long as you don't have poor hygiene and are discrete lol.

Would prefer the money for all nights on arrival but I'm happy to allow you the chance to earn most of it and give me when you have and just pay 100 on arrival if that works better for you.

You will initially be sharing with me but as soon as you pay I will leave that day or following morning depending on what time you pay all the rent.
