I called this person on Thursday looking to book for 4 hours on Friday morning.  She told me that I could use the place and gave me the address. When I arrived on Friday morning the phone was turned off and the person did not provide a flat number in any of the texts traded the night before.  I ended up trawling around So Ken with my client in tow as I looked for a hotel, which diminished my revenue by ?200.  I called this person again on Saturday as I am desperate to find a flat.  she responded by text to say she was shopping in Clapham and I asked that she ring me once back at the flat so that I could view it and clarify the best and most reliable way of booking.  After killing time in Clapham and So Ken for 2.5 hours I wrote it off as inconsiderate flakiness.

Unless you can afford to stress your clients out, make them worry about discretion, and you're happy to deal with screw ups and losing money I would advise skipping to the next ad.

Off topic post removed - anyone, particularly another advertiser who wants to badmouth others can do it somewhere else, whether it's true or not. We're not interested here.

I think it's clear that the OP is not a reliable source of anything useful, and her other threads will be removed. I'll leave this one up to serve as a reminder that just because somebody is posting here does not mean that either they or whatever they are offering is legit.
