There are also stacks of housing related sites and forums online with lots of relevant legal info and suchlike from people who know a lot about it.

What you might find by combing through this section especially is somebody looking for a flatshare or a room/flat being offered that you can live and work from? There are also a couple of general threads about choosing an incall flat on the maon Q&A board

Would you want to post a 'Seeking' thread with your location and rough budget? It wouldnt hurt even if you don't get anything from it in the end.
