a Double Room has become available now in Kings Cross. The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment, you will be sharing with another working girl, myself. The room is not suitable for live in (I don't live there either), work in only- but you can work late (not 24 hours) and stay over occasionally. The location is 10 minutes  walk for your clients or 5 mins in a taxi from Kings Cross; in a quiet modern block of flats.
You will deal directly with the landlord, not me; so at least you have peace of mind the landlord knows what is going on.
This is not suitable for someone loud, chain smoker and who has a million clients a day- quality over quantity- If you are looking for a work base without all the hassle it is perfectly suitable.
