Probably a long shot but my lease is expiring and I'm looking for a new place anywhere within London Zones 1 or 2. Max budget 1.2k p/m.

Would prefer a studio or one bed as I’d like to use it for incalls too, but if anyone has a SW friendly flatshare I’d love to know about it. I’m mid twenties, female, very quiet, tidy, and chilled out.

Keen to avoid agents. I have excellent landlord references but I'm self-employed and my bank statements have been looking patchy since the pandemic started.
