I am looking to rent a room or flat in (preferably) East Croydon with short walking distance from East Croydon station.

I ideally want to work a minimum of 5 days a week, Monday - Friday and would need to be able to use it from approx 11am - 8pm only.

Im happy to pay top daily rates, weekly or commission on a job by job basis, whichever your happy with.
