looking for a central london flat to live/work from ??

Hi there!
I'm currently living and working down in Hampshire but travel up to London to work for 2-3 days a week but tend to stay in hotels but finding some clients wont visit hotels so looking for a room/flat/studio to work from from 12 till late or overnight. If not that then somewhere more permanent to live and work as have no references so finding it hard to move to London if you can help please get in contact much appreciated xx

I have a room to rent ( live out)  in a modern split level 2 bed apartment in Liverpool Street , central London.
You pay 2 weeks rent +2 weeks deposit and use the room any time you want.
Room available from beggining of April.
