Hello all,

As per the title I’m hoping to find a room or apartment to rent mid august to mid September in London.

Open to areas in Zone 1 & 2 as long as they are under 10 mins from a tube station.

If a 2 bedroom I would prefer a place with its own bathroom not shared with another worker but happy to share communal areas obviously. I am also open to subletting a studio or 1 bedroom.

I’m fairly low volume, established 32 year old who doesn’t party and will only be working from room not living there. I consider myself reliable, clean and am experienced with sharing. I don’t work late.

I do smoke cigarettes so if there is a balcony or garden access that would be a massive bonus but if not I will go outside of course.

Happy to rent a room for the entire month or say 3-4 days per week.
