Looking for a roommate to rent a 2 bed flat in the above areas due to the astronomical rent increase on my current 1 bed

I would be working from the flat and you would be welcome to do so too.

I'd like to rent in zone 3-4, but would consider being further in.
I am currently in zone 4 North West London, but will consider North London, and also central Watford.

For context, I offer tantric massage/domme services. I don't mind what kind of work a prospective roommate does.
At the moment, I have very few in person clients, but I do cam at unsociable hours. I also work a normal job part time, so you'd have the place to yourself from Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm.

Ideally it will be a 2 bed/2 bath, so we do not have to worry about conflicting schedules, but I am open to different options.

I'm 26, considerate, very clean and tidy, easy to get along with, very rarely have guests (other than clients).

Looking to move in April/May.
