I have decided to start renting out my room/flat as I am not going to work as much as before. The flat is in South West London, Richmond borough.  It is  a modern luxury apartment and it has everything you might need for work. Also free street parking is available. I am living there so unfortunately I can not offer overnight stay.

It will suit someone who is possibly part time. I am looking for someone who is low-volume, screen their clients carefully and is non-smoker.

What I can offer right now is: Weekdays - hourly basis £30/h, or evening £50 ( in case you want to see two clients).
                                           Weekends - daily basis £100/a day.
