Just a warning to other ladies,
I enquired by text the other week if she had any photos and about the rates. Her English is not good so didn't really understand what she was saying. Think she said her friend rents it from a letting agency and she will be working from there too. Decided to leave it for that week.

I texted again today about it and replied telling me to eff off. Bit unnecessary.
