6 month rental taken out together, equally paying half the tenancies rent and equally being liable. (Happy to/ could do a trial share in a short let first to see how all goes).

Ideally a two bed two bath, luxury flat. I can go up to 1500PCM for my side.

Someone that doesn't party, has a healthy lifestyle, is tidy/clean. Likes their own space / respects others.

Someone preferably like myself, will limit friends coming over to once a week in respect to the other. And a Boyfriend free zone.

Just a peaceful, non drama, clean, calm working zone.

Previously shared with a girl who took endless coke and would batter down my door at 4am for freakish chats and weirdness, I really can't deal with that kind of craziness. Work can be random enough at times. So someone with a level head and some normalcy to their life.
