I've recently moved back to Glasgow and have a room to rent in my flat.  It's a beautiful 2 bedroom mansion flat less than 5 minutes walk from byres road and hillhead underground station. There is free on street parking (although it's always busy)

It's £20 if you're just using it for one hour and £70 for the day. If you use it several times per week then I can discount the day rate. Towels and bedding are provided. You can use the room for a bit over an hour if you want to shower and get ready before and after your client. I'm flexible as to times I will rent the room. You will be sensible, respectful and grown up.
NO DRUGS AND NO SMOKING IN THE FLAT.

As you can see from my profile name I am a guy and I'm gay. If this bothers you, you obviously don't need to reply to my add. I will be at home while you are using the flat, but you will be at the other end of the flat and will have your total privacy.

I'll make some changes to costs. 
When I worked in London most people who rented from me (male and female) were happy for the company and so was I. As I said the flat is big enough that we don't have to see each other.

I've had a few people ask for overnights but I'm afraid I can't do them. You can work daytime and until quite late in the evening but I'm unable to let you stay overnight.

In that case you should charge 40 to 50 a day.

As I said, those who book more than one day per week will get a discounted rate (£50) those who don't want to pay my rates are obviously free not to book my room.

What hours would you allow the ladies to start and finish?

The ladies AND male sex workers (we do exist) can work from 10:00-22:00
