Small double room in a nice flat a few minutes from Barons Court or West Kensington (W14).

I live and work here, so need someone discreet. I don't mind if you want to live here or just work, but nobody who sees too many people a day as it'd be too much traffic in and out of the flat!

The room is a bit cramped, but I will re-arrange it once my current flatmate leaves to make it suitable for incalls.

Very nice bathroom, with a fantastic shower and very big bath. Nice size living room with 42" tv, xbox, wii, playstation, virgin tv, broadband and lots of cds, dvds, books and games to keep you occupied, while you watch the hotties playing tennis at the Queens Club. Living room/kitchen is seperated by a breakfast bar, kitchen has everything you need from dishwasher, washer/dryer to a coffee machine, smoothie maker and chocolate fountain and everything in between - the only thing I don't own is a microwave.

Rent is ?750 per month inclusive (apart from calls from the landline), for two months (total of ?1,500), plus deposit.

Idealy you'll move in around the 5th or 6th of June, but this is flexible, my lease runs out on the 6th of August but if all is well we could both stay on in the flat after that
