Hello,
I have a flat in SW London, and would like to rent one of the rooms out to an escort for their incall work. Located conveniently near Hammersmith, in a very nice area of London. It's a single room, and is modern, attractive and comfortable. Very nicely decorated, and with a recently fitted carpet. There's plenty of clothes storage, and with a fitted cupboard. I will charge for each job you undertake, and we will negotiate a sum together.
Please email me at: dlondon1uk@googlemail.com

are you still renting the apartment ?

Is this a standard arrangement for incall locations? Rather than renting a room for a month like you would for a place you plan to live in, you give a part of your fee to the landlord?

Mmmmh, jus re-read this ad and it sounds a little odd ? had not spotted it before. Maybe just the way this advert is phrased but certainly not the norm. Normally you either sublet or rent long or short term or pay an hourly, daily or whatever rate ad-hoc. To take a cut for each booking sounds more like someone running a working flat & parlour set-up. But it would make me feel rather uncomfortable as I question the motives for advertising the room. Sorry to sound so negative but this sounds more like someone trying to make a (quick) buck via us prossies!

What she said. If this is an arrangement ladies are happy with then fair enough, but the norm it ain't. Pimping, it most certainly is - unfortunately there are many unscrupulous souls out there who think that all prossies are loaded and would love a slice for themselves. Beware of anyone who wants 'commission' without actually doing anything.

I just assumed it was a rent-by-the-job affair. That's what I'm doing at the moment.
