Hi,  I have a room for rent in a very central belfast location.  It is from the 11th Feb to the 28th Feb reason for the dates is because I am going away and would like someone to be in the apartment while I am away. I go on the 12th so need to hand over the keys on the 11th.  I return very late on the 27th.  I would like someone discreet please so If anyone is interested can they please contact on the email?  I can send videos of the apartment if required so that you can see the location and what it looks like. Because of the awkwardness of the dates I am willing to rent for a price of £700 for the dates provided.
