I wouldn't bother with this one, with the Battersea apartment. She wont even send details about herself in an email. Regardless if you send her your website about yourself and who you are. You are wasting your time, she told me she is very happy she is getting no traffic to her website which I find is very odd indeed. It maybe a scam

I just wanted to add to this to say that I did get a response from this lady and did meet her and view the apartment recently. She was very nice and very professional so I'm not sure what happened with your experience.

Unfortunately, so far my clients have not been able to make it to the location as it is a bit far for them. But Emili's apartment is beautiful and this ad is definately not a scam.

As this is literally on my doorstep, I wanted to take her up on the offer, but couldn't get myself sorted and then the flat was gone.

Messages from her were prompt and polite, and I would be happy to meet and see the flat, if it came available for daily hire again :)

However, I would appreciate it if anyone who HAS worked from there - even if just the once - could PM me regarding the experience (NOT the sexy-sex stuff, I mean the hiring the flat and business stuff! LOL)

Ok then. I take your word for it lol if Battersea is in Zone 1 how come it was far for your clients to go to? never been there.

Battersea is Zone 2. Clapham Junction is the nearest train station to this flat (the other end of Battersea has Battersea Park station), and there's no tube station in Battersea at all.

The flat location is served by 2 bus routes, both come direct from Victoria.

It's not ideal if your clients need a train/tube station to travel to, driving is easier AND it's outside the congestion zone.
