An AW profile doesn't give you an idea of who you're talking to though, does it? It just shows you how that person markets themselves to punters on a single website, assuming the one in the email you get is even the person contacting you?

Good point, I find how somebody presents themselves helps. Last time I put a flat on aw you wouldn’t believe some of the emails I got, you wouldn’t want them anywhere near your property never mind in it.

But it all worked out in the end, we had a right laugh.

I have realised when replying to emails, for anybody interested the original ad was a bit basic, it’s more than just a bedroom there’s a living room that doesn’t get used and a storage room if you want to keep your stuff away from your visitors so whoever as it will have there own space.
