My flatmate is leaving due to family issue. Her room will be available from 30th Jan. Same apartment as for my post below. Her room smaller, double bed, fitted wardrobes, you will have own bathroom opposite. I use my own en-suite bathroom.

Daily £80
5 days £320
1 week £430

Long term £380 per week, with 1 week deposit.

I am going holiday on 26th, my flat mate leaving 30th. Check in and key will be arranged by my friend.

The person who booked for 8th, 1 week in advance, has not come. Did not bother to text or call to give notice. Read and ignored my initial text this morning and only replied when I texted her work number. Very disrespectful and time wasting just to let people know it’s the user HR who has now changed name to analuluiza . After accepting her reservation I declined 2-3 people that I already knew simply to keep my word to her.

I sent you a private message on the 3rd of May regarding the room for the 8th of May, just one day after your post on the 2nd of May.
And I didn't get even a simple response to say that it was already booked.
I read somewhere on the forum that it seems to be quite common to ignore private messages.

Next available 30th May for 1 week. Unless if you are interested in renting long term and will also live then can rent longer. But please in this situation be clear and serious because there is someone coming week after who might be renting weekly until someone who lives comes.
