After so much thinking and for personal reasons I have decided to stop working for a while and move to live with my friends so there's no point on staying where I am now. Ground floor, 2 more flats in the same floor but mine is the last one in the corridor, next to stairs and the cctv can't reach here. I was going to rent it per hour but I decided to do per week or month because I'm going to move out, but I will still be in London.


It is 295pw or around 1278 per month, with all bills included. It is for two months only until April 24th. I want someone who will be discreet with work and who will take care of the studio.
