How does your flat not come under the law then.  You say you are renting it to escorts not just one escort to rent the place for just herself with noone else ever using the property.  The law states a brothel is a place used by more than one escort at any time.  This is regardless is only one works one day and another on a different day.  Even if you are just renting rooms out, it is still classed as a brothel. 
If you have found a miracle loophole in the Law please do tell us as most of us would like to be able to legally share a property so that we had help with the bills.

I have never stated that I only have one flat to rent out and none of the flats I have advertised for have ever been shared with another escort, I work with some estate agents who are open to girls renting out empty flats which is why I advertised some rooms and flats, none of the flats I'm advertising will be shared by another girl at the same time as that  is obviously against the law.

Annabelleh, the flats dont have to be shared by another girl at the same time.  The fact that the accommodation has been used by another prossie deems it a brothel if another uses the same flat.  It might not be quite as noticeable if it is not used daily by different girls but the law still deems it a brothel.  :(

I applaud you for your forward thinking and trying to make a business out of this but you really must be FULLY aware of the law, warts and all. This is how so many females have come a cropper when they give up whoring themselves but try to stay in the industry by helping running working apartments.
