Professional photo shoot share in Bury on 6/4
« on: 04 April 2011, 09:33:09 am »
This is my second post on here but a great opportunity for those just starting out. When I started 5 years ago I had some bad experiences with guys taking pictures, always wanting something in return!!!! I was lucky to find a great guy that takes all my pics now in studios and none of that playing games. He is high up in the porn industry and has lots of contacts.I have asked him if I did it as a group could it be cheaper for the girls just starting off but in need of good pics. So he has suggested 5 girls a time at ?80 getting 100 pictures each all professional and all shot in a studio (they will b e your pictures for your use only). I have found in my own experience that the better the pictures the better class of client you will attract. There is one organised for the 6/4 if anyone is interested please contact me. I will pick up and drop off if you need a lift. I am doing a shoot too so you have no need to be embarrassed. My name on this site is also my working name so feel free to check out my profile. Look forward to chatting xxxx

Hi Jayne,

I think the ladies here would be more interested in actually seeing some examples of this photographer's work so they can decide whether his style is one they like - I don't use pro pictures but if I was looking, the price and location of the photographer would not be my first consideration, although I'm not sure how a professional porn photographer relates to whoring anyway since I doubt most of us want gynae pics. If you have a link, feel free to post it.

To newbies - be aware that out of every 100 photographs taken maybe between ten and twenty will actually be usable, and also that you will not own the copyright to these images so think carefully before deciding whether to show your face or be cautious and wear a mask/turn your head away. And I'm fairly sure that I don't have to remind anyone that it's not clever to accept lifts from strangers whom you've met on the internet - male or female.

Thank you for your comments on my above post. As new to this I have learnt quickly by your reply!!! Without judging me and frightening new girls off I will explain a little more about myself. I have worked for 5 years and had some very bad experiences when it comes to photographers. I am offering a little HELP along the way and the people that have contacted me already I have passed on links to website's where the work is used and have spoken to them in person and confirmed by reply email from my AW profile. My safety is just as important to me!!!! As to the reference to porn and adult pictures, I was simply providing some back ground and as we are all looking for something different from our pictures  so what might suit one will not suit another ..... he covers a wide area in the field of photography. The 100 pictures are actually yours and yours only. So yes the copyright is yours he will not keep copies. Out of 500 pictures on my last shoot there were 20 I haven't used so the presentage for a GOOD photographer is high, it's not just about taking pictures it's about the lighting and how he works the camera. Since using my professional pictures my client base has doubled and my class of client improved so again what works for one my not suit another .... so the choice should be what you feel is good for you

If you wish more information then PLEASE do feel free to contact me and I will be more than happy to pass on websites and information about me.

I have uploaded some pictures from the photo shoot on my AW site (none have been airbrushed or altered in any way). There has been some interest so will be arranging another date soon for those who are interested.

I would just like to say that once money changes hands you have bought the copy right to your pictures. Geoff will not keep copies unless you request him to. This does not change the fact that the copyright is still yours. If you require anymore information on this or about the photographer please feel free to contact me I will be more than happy to pass on links and information.

You don't have to pay a fortune to get started and I think there are lots of photographers out there that prey on those that are trying to better themselves. Please remember that pro shoots are not for everyone and my own personal pictures worked well for me ..... this is a personal choice of pictures. Make choices that are right for you!!!
