Problems finding somewhere to live
« on: 24 May 2020, 01:51:55 am »
Can anyone help me with finding a flat/apartment to rent in the Walsall or Wolverhampton area please? As usual not being able to prove my income is the main issue!!!
Short term rentals are costing me a fortune, I just want to have somewhere to call home again! Has anybody got any numbers or advice for a girl in need lol

Have you tried finding a private landlord via local papers, newsagents, websites etc., rather than a lettings agency, and offering to pay six months rent up front?

Hi Amy.
Do you work full time at this or put regular money into a Bank account?
If so you could contact an accountant , find a local one who works independently online. Fir a small fee. Tell him you’re self employed as in a hair dresser or beautician and need him to verify your income as a reference for a landlord or estate agent.
I’ve done this in the past and a landlord /agent will accept This.
Hope this helps.
