Dont work for an Agency !!!do it yourself .... I wasted 2 years with an agency ,now fully Independent best thing i ever did xx Good luck .

Lotsoflove, the OP has a specific request and is not asking for suggestions on how we think she ought to work - many of us have always been independent and happily so but it isn't for everybody, and newbies may rightly or wrongly feel more comfortable working with others.
