I thought individuals couldn't check themselves?What about unrelated misdemeanors since quite a few people do pick up daft offences these days - even the ?80 on the spot fines now often show up on record.

I don't know about that, I was once fined for drinking in the street but it never came up on anything, and those were full checks.
