Newbies cannot currently use the PM system until they've made at least 5 useful posts. This is to stop abuse of PMs - apologies for the inconvenience. Using private email may be best in the situation of contacting advertisers; this may even enable you to do a little extra verification of their identity.

You may have PMed before the changes to the system were put into effect.

The "full inbox" message is a result of the recipient not having 5 posts on the forum, as this particular forum software doesn't have extensive plug-ins and whatnot for managing this sort of thing so the error message is a little vague. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience. We're currently discussing lowering the post-count to 1, which should make it easier for newbies to contact us and each other while still requiring at least one useful post to make sure no weirdos register and try to spam PMs! Bear with us for now.
