I am not sure if this is in the right place, but it is of benefit to touring members, as per the board thingy, so I will say it anyway and please comment if it should be moved.

I have toured a couple of times in Oxford and Cambridge each. I am terrified of discretion fails and usually stay in serviced apartments even though they are more expensive than hotels. I usually see 2-4 clients a day and stay 2 days.

Since I've got friends in both places, I don't even actually need to sleep in the bed overnight. So... I was wondering if any one else fancies trying some work in either city and splitting the cost of the place? I'm not sure how we'd work out who could do apppointments if we double booked, but since I really only want to do 2-4 hours work each day, I can't see it's going to be a huge issue.

Additionally of course, I am still being asked for duo appointments in both places, perhaps I would consider offering this, I'm still being a bit hesitant over this duo-with-people-I-don't-know thing... :S

Anyway, Oxford and Cambridge are both lovely places to visit and I've seen lovely clients in both cities. I usually organise to see friends, stay in an apartment, schedule some work and come back from a mini-break with some cash (sometimes my whole month's rent) in my pocket. I suppose I'm posting because I'd like to cut my costs, and since I'm not working many hours, someone else could easily use the appartment for the rest of the time, and we'd both be quids in
