Hi,
I'm offering a semi-studio room in shepherd's Bush
It is fully furnished, with kitchen equipment
I'm looking for a very discreet person, not too noisy, clean and no smoker (especially no smoking in apartment)
Ideally seeing up to 2-3 clients a day
You will get the keys and the whole studio will be yours, so you can stay overnight
Available from 10th March
�150 deposit
�60 a night (minimum 2 nights)
�350 a week
The studio is new refurbished, however there is no intercom in the flat, so best is to place something between the door 5min before the client arrives ...
