My lovely subletter has to leave London so I have 1 day per week, each Tuesday available from the 3rd August.  I am looking for an escort (male or female) to share ideally on a more long-term basis.

The flat is set in an upmarket area close to the West End, walking distance to Hyde Park and very near to the Underground.  The rent would be ?300 per calendar month all inclusive (no extra bills) with plenty towels, cooking facility and tasteful furnishings.  The flat is self contained and has been furnished with the help of an interior designer so really has a stylish look and the wow factor.     

You can use the place as early and late as you like on your day and spent the night until Wednesday morning.  From autumn if you liaise with me, you might also be able to arrive on Monday evening and stay the night as I usually do not work late having to get up early on Tuesday morning. 

Please also check out my second offer for the summer.  Starting from the 31st July until the 13th September, I am also going to sublet 3 days per week, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays for 6 weeks as I have a work placement.  This might be interesting for anyone thinking to come and work in London over the summer as you would be able to stay overnight for all those days.  I am looking for ?125 for all 3 days per week.  I would however only consider a person who is looking to take all 6 weeks.  Please get in touch if you are interested in either or both of those offers.
