Hey all,
I’d like to offer my 1 bedroom apartment in Bristol City Center (BS2 Old Market) for occasional rental. The flat is a modern new build that’s nicely furnished and fully equipped for working. It’s used only as my incall and located really well close to motorway, outside the CAZ and with ample metered parking for clients. Overnight parking is tricker as you’d need to use a car park but only 5 mins walk to Cabot Circus.
Building is super secure with double video entry. Ample fluffy towels, client supplies, candles etc. underfloor heating for cold days and fan for warmer ones. Juliet balcony and really bright with high speed wifi in case you want to cam also.
Smart TVs in living room and bedroom and kitchen is equipped with mod cons and basic cooking stuff.
Current dates available from the morning of 7th May (as early as 8am) to evening of 14th May (as late as 10pm). Minimum 3 days at £100pn or the full 7 1/2 days for £550. Preference for someone who would like the whole period. I’d ask for a £100 deposit to secure dates then remainder can be paid after check in.
Suitable for an established mature independent worker who doesn’t party in the flat or work past midnight. No smoking indoors and unfortunately no pets due to building policy.
Also open to other dates to swap incalls with people to resume touring. Open to flats in all major cities for 2-3 nights.
