I signed up months ago, set time aside to fill in my profile, went through everything, verification etc, the profile has to be filled in one go - there is no save partway option. Submitted my profile waited for approval or for my profile to go live.

Received an email telling me to set up my profile, logged in nothing was there everything blank as if I had not filled it in. Did the same, filled it all in submitted. Same thing happened received an email asking me to complete profile, did the same eventually gave up. I have sent an email about this a couple of times asking for help, but no reply.

I'm still receiving 'fill your profile in' emails once a week, but decided to stop trying.

Do we have to provide our ID in the form of a passport to be able to advertise on your website?

Just had a look - yes - the site wants Government ID

To verify a user profile, the following conditions must be met or cleared:

The gender field must be set, and it cannot be changed later.
A profile picture must be uploaded, which has not been used on any other online platform.
The profile summary and details fields must be completed.
Both Providers and seekers will be required to provide a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license, along with a photo of themselves.

I provided all of this submitted then nothing appeared, did it a few times, contacted them nothing. One annoying problem is you can't save your profile as you create it, it has to be done in one attempt. They had initially corresponded with me regards setting up the profile, so was strange when they didn't respond further.  Haven't tried recently.
